Which cards does Toploadr support?

English and Japanese trading cards from the card games in our catalog, across modern and classic sets. You pick the game in the app. New sets are added after release; there can be a gap of a few days. If a card scans wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.

Why does a card open a marketplace page?

Because that's where the real price lives. Instead of showing a guessed value, Toploadr opens the card's page on a card marketplace, filtered to the seller country you set and the condition you pick, so you see the offers that are actually there. If a card has no confirmed product page yet, it opens a search for that card instead.

Does it work for graded cards (slabs)?

Yes. Point the camera at a slab and Toploadr reads the label: the grade and the certificate number. One tap opens sold listings for that card and grade, so you see what people paid instead of what someone is asking.

How do you calculate value and profit?

We don't invent a "market value." Toploadr tracks the numbers you enter: what you paid (your invested total) and what you sold for. Your realized profit is real money in and out, not a speculative estimate.

Can I scan a whole stack at once?

Yes. Scan a session of cards, then bulk-select and add them to your collection together. Faster than one at a time when you're working through a pile.

Is my data private?

Your collection is yours. We don't sell your data and we don't run ad tracking. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what's collected and why.

How do I delete my account or data?

In the app: Dashboard → gear icon (Settings) → Delete account. That permanently removes your account, collection, wishlist, sales and scans.

Can't reach the app? Email info@toploadr.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Toploadr account". We remove everything within 30 days and confirm by email. Crash reports are not linked to your account; they age out of our error logs within 90 days. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is deleted.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Toploadr Pro subscription. Cancel that in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings.

What does it cost?

Toploadr is free, with a monthly allowance of scans and price checks and room for a good-sized collection. Toploadr Pro removes all three limits: €6,99 per month, or €59,99 a year, which is three months free. The price for your country is shown in the app before you confirm. The free plan doesn't expire, and nothing you've already added is ever removed or hidden.
